Mitsubishi forecasts drop in sales

Mitsubishi Motors has announced that it expects a 41 per cent drop in retail sales in Japan following April’s improper fuel consumption testing.
The Japanese manufacturer has also predicted a fall in sales in Europe, of nine per cent, and the US, a decrease of 16 per cent.
An announcement had been put on hold so that the company could carefully assess the future impact that the improper conduct could have.
