Miele takes delivery of Volkswagen ID. Buzz Cargo

Miele has taken delivery of the first five Volkswagen ID. Buzz Cargo which will be used for customer service duty in Germany, Spain, Norway, Great Britain and Austria. 

The ID. Buzz Cargo vans have been adapted to suit the needs of Miele, thanks to a joint development process between Miele, the conversion partner Würth and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

In the cargo space of the electric transporter Miele international customer service gets a factory-installed conversion with shelving systems designed to meet the requirements of service employees for stowing materials, replacement parts and tools. 

A centre console with an integrated folding table serves as the driver’s work station. Vehicles now being put into service in Europe will provide valuable knowledge for future optimisation and extension of the customer-individualised product and for further electrification of the Miele service fleet.
