Ford PHEVs customers to get access to NewMotion's network

NewMotion has announced a partnership with Ford of Europe, which will see it provide smart charging solutions for all European Ford plug-in hybrids (PHEVs).

A dedicated smart phone app and charge card will be powered by NewMotion, giving Ford’s customers access to NewMotion’s charging network, the largest roaming network in Europe. The partnership will be effective this autumn.

Customers of Ford PHEV vehicles will have easy access to NewMotion’s charging network. The total NewMotion roaming network currently includes over 118,000 charge points in 30 countries in Europe and will help Ford customers locate and pay for charging more easily when on the road.
