Zapmap launches new electric vehicle charging card

Zapmap has launched a new charging card - a simple way for EV drivers to pay for charging at over 40,000 compatible charge points across over 30 networks.
Drivers add their debit card details once in the Zapmap app and order the card. Once received, they tap the Zapmap charging card at supported chargers, and the session and receipts appear automatically in the app.
The charging card is available now to Zapmap Premium Annual subscribers for a small fee, with rollout to all Zapmap users later this summer.
“We’re here to help drivers charge with confidence - and the new charging card makes that even easier,” said Melanie Shufflebotham, COO and Co-founder of Zapmap. “Whether you're using your phone or tapping your card, paying with Zapmap fits around your journey.”
The launch follows a year of significant growth in Zapmap’s payment network, more than doubling the number of charge points where drivers can pay through the app - giving drivers the peace of mind they can easily pay for charging, whether they’re near home, or further afield.
