GREENFLEET Awards 2025 open for entries

Feature

Fleet managers and those that support the industry can now enter the 2025 GREENFLEET Awards, which recognise the efforts of the sector to decarbonise and reach net-zero.

The awards celebrate all those committed to reducing vehicle emissions, from fleets reducing the environmental impact of their operations, to the manufacturers tirelessly improving the green credentials of their vehicles and the companies supporting fleets on their zero-emission journey.

Last year, the GREENFLEET Award for Outstanding Achievement was presented to EV adventurers Chris and Julie Ramsay for their Pole to Pole expedition, which saw them travel a mammoth 21,000 miles from the North to the South Pole in an electric Nissan Ariya.

GREENFLEET's Vehicle of the Year was awarded to the BMW i5 Touring, in recognition of its rewarding driving dynamic, all-electric performance with a range of up to 343 miles, and four trim levels - presenting a model for everyone.

The EV Champion Awards, now in their 12th year, will continue to be presented to individuals working in the fleet, transport, and automotive industries that advocate for electric vehicles.

Last year saw the debut of Rightcharge's Electric Fleet Race Award, which gives special recognition to the largest EV fleet within the initiative. Launched by Rightcharge at the start of 2024, the Electric Fleet Race offers a monthly insight into the organisations leading the way in terms of electric vehicle numbers of fleet. The 2024 winner was Royal Mail in recognition of its impressive electric van fleet of around 5,000 vehicles. This year, there are three awards recognising fleets in the small, medium and large categories. Entry is via the Electric Fleet Race here.

The annual GreenFleet Awards, a key date in the transport industry calendar, will be staged once again at the Coventry Building Society Arena, in the Midlands, on 4 December 2025.

Organisations and individuals can enter free of charge in categories such as Private and Public Sector Fleet of the Year, Fleet Manager of the Year, Industry Innovation and more. See the full list here.

Shortlisted organisations get two free tickets to the prestigious celebration, including drinks reception, evening meal, awards presentation and after party.
