Glen has spent his entire career in logistics and transport and, with over 40 years’ hands-on experience, is regarded as one of the industry’s go-to specialists.

He has been involved in FORS since its inception in 2007 and is one of the scheme’s most experienced and authoritative voices. He played a central role in developing and commercialising FORS during his time at TfL and has since supported its evolution as Technical Advisor under successive concessions. He is now FORS Concession Director, providing continuity and leadership at a key point in the scheme’s development.

Glen has led major freight safety and environmental initiatives, particularly in improving vulnerable road user safety. He is Chair of the CILT(UK) Transport & Logistics Safety Forum and editor of the RHA Operator Handbook. He is also Managing Director of The Handbook Group, a digital platform supporting operator communication and compliance.
