Operating from its 12-acre workshop and storage facility in the West Midlands, S Jones is one of the few companies in the UK with the capability to design and manufacture bespoke conversions. Through its award-winning Conversions Division, the company transforms standard shipping containers into highly engineered, specialist solutions, including lithium-ion battery storage and abuse testing units, battery energy storage systems, energy regeneration systems and liquid air energy storage systems.

Supported by an in-house engineering design team and industry-leading CAD software, the Conversions Division delivers tailored solutions that help businesses address battery safety, energy storage, and the operational demands of electrification.
