Bob has worked at the Department for Transport for over 20 years and is widely regarded as an approachable and knowledgeable link to DfT policy. He regularly speaks at industry events, keeping fleets and the wider transport sector informed on transport policy, regulation and incentives. Since 2011, Bob has led the department’s environmental work and has played a key role in developing and delivering regulation to support zero-emission vehicles, including the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) mandate, as well as shaping crucial policy for zero-emission trucks.
