Fraser has played a central role in positioning Dundee as the UK’s leading city for electric vehicles, creating a model that other local authorities now look to replicate. He is also responsible for Dundee City Council’s fleet, of which 40 per cent is electric, and has driven innovative projects including electric refuse collection vehicles, vehicle-to-grid technology and the integration of solar power and battery storage at its depots.
