Gill has worked in the electric vehicle sector since 2012 and is regarded as a trusted voice in electric mobility. Her early work on EV–grid integration projects helped inform major legislative change, and during lockdown she co-founded EVA England to ensure EV drivers had a strong, independent voice. Gill founded Global Women in EV Day, which launched on 10 February 2026, to help embed equity at the heart of the EV transition. She will also be hosting a number of GREENFLEET events throughout the year.
