As Fleet Manager for National Highways, Martin leads a team responsible for delivering highly demanding, round-the-clock services. Under his leadership, National Highways was named Public Sector Fleet of the Year at the 2025 GREENFLEET Awards, recognising the challenge of decarbonising a 24/7 operational fleet. The organisation has now removed all purely ICE vehicles from its fleet, with all 900 cars and vans either electric or plug-in hybrid. Martin is also a board member of the Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP).
