Chris leads the RHA's environment policy work, focusing on decarbonising the commercial vehicle sector and supporting small businesses. With 18 years as a civil servant and a family background in haulage, he brings deep insight into government, policy and Parliament. Chris is not afraid to challenge policies that are detrimental to the sector, and serves on multiple advisory boards.
