Enterprise Car Club teams up with mobility provider Beryl

News

Enterprise Car Club has teamed up with micro mobility provider, Beryl, to promote the benefits of shared ownership for both business and personal travel.

Enterprise Car Club members can already enjoy a free 200 Minute Beryl Bundle when they sign up to Beryl. The new scheme creates a reciprocal arrangement encouraging Beryl users to explore the benefits of Enterprise Car Club.

By offering discounted Enterprise Car Club membership rates and free driving credit to Beryl users, the scheme aims to encourage people to move from private to shared ownership and contribute towards reducing congestion and carbon emissions.

The partnership will promote Beryl’s suitability for first and last mile journeys, making it quick and simple to link with an Enterprise Car Club car, which can then be used for longer journeys or those that simply need four, rather than two, wheels.

Beryl users can connect to Enterprise Car Club’s network of more than 1,500 on-street rental cars and vans across the UK.  All Enterprise Car Club vehicles are low-emission and many are electric. They offer cost-effective motoring for those trips when a car is essential while keeping emissions low.

Enterprise’s UK-wide network also means car club vehicles are often parked on-street within local neighbourhoods as well as by railway stations and other transport hubs.

By providing an alternative to private ownership, Beryl’s partnership with Enterprise also addresses issues around vehicle storage and allows people to save money on costs such as fuel, insurance, tax, MOT and maintenance.

The offer is open to Beryl users in Norwich, Cornwall, Southampton, Portsmouth and the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole areas and enables them to join Enterprise Car Club for just £10 in their first year’s annual membership (usually and thereafter £60) and get £10 of free driving credit.

Beryl customers in the relevant scheme areas will receive the promotional code as part of a ‘riders’ perk’ email.
