bp pulse to stop selling home chargers to focus on public and fleet

News

bp pulse has announced it has set its focus on public and fleet charging, and will no longer sell its home charge units direct to consumers from 10 May 2023.

Its home chargers will only be sold to fleet customers rather than directly to consumers.

Akira Kirton, vice president, bp pulse said: “bp pulse is committed to delivering the world-class charging infrastructure the UK needs, but to do so we must ensure we are fully focused on the areas in which we believe we can make the greatest impact.

“By discontinuing our direct-to-consumer offer, we will be able to devote our full attention to providing the best possible EV charging offer for electric vehicle drivers and EV fleets”

bp pulse will continue to support consumers who have already purchased bp pulse home-charging units, including honouring the full, three-year warranty period and completing installations.
