FSEW is a leading privately owned freight forwarding company, pioneering change in the use of low carbon transport.
Based in Wentloog, Cardiff, FSEW is established as the market leader in UK decarbonisation and has replaced all its diesel vehicles with electric and 100% biomethane trucks, resulting in 2.4million carbon intensive ‘diesel kms’ being avoided by deploying a fleet of Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEVs), reducing CO2 emissions by 2,400 tonnes.
FSEW’s fleet consists of 40+ trucks including 10 electric 4x2 trucks. This includes five Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 electric trucks with plans to increase the electric fleet with a further ten trucks in April 2026. FSEW is forecasted to be operating 70 electric trucks by the end 2027.
FSEW launched GreenFlow this year – an innovative new product that allows clients to ship to and from anywhere in the world whether it is by road, rail, air or sea net zero. FSEW is the first general freight forwarder in Europe to offer this kind of carbon saving tool with its own electric trucking.
Looking to the future, FSEW has purchased a 2.5-acre site in Cardiff to create a Low Carbon Freight Hubs, powered entirely by renewable energy with completion targeted for January 2026.
