At the London Borough of Islington, Chris oversees more than 550 vehicles, with over 120 now replaced by electric models — including 17 electric HGVs. His fleet sustainability work has delivered annual CO₂ savings of over 500 tonnes. Chris has also driven innovative projects including vehicle repowering, Vehicle-to-Grid trials and charging infrastructure sharing with the Metropolitan Police Service.
