A Chartered Engineer and recognised industry leader, Justin Laney has overseen a 50 per cent reduction in John Lewis Partnership's fleet emissions since 2018 and converted over 90 per cent of its heavy trucks to run on renewable biomethane. He is also spearheading the transition to full electrification of 2,500 vans by 2030. Under his leadership, John Lewis Partnership is taking part in Project Jolt, a trial to evaluate electric HGVs in real-world operations.
