James leads the delivery of Daimler Truck UK’s electrification strategy and has overall responsibility for the company’s electric truck portfolio. His work is focused on bringing zero-emission heavy goods vehicles into real-world operation and supporting customers as they transition to electric transport. A key milestone in this journey was the recognition of the Mercedes-Benz Trucks eActros 600 as GREENFLEET’s Vehicle of the Year in 2025, as well as the vehicle participating in the EV Rally.
