Under his leadership, The AA has transformed fleet efficiency, modernised its vehicle mix, pioneered innovative roadside and mobile mechanic solutions, and led the sector in safety and wellbeing. He has also driven meaningful progress on decarbonisation, expanding alternatively fuelled vehicles and transitioning company cars to EV-only.
