Introduction
Last Mile Logistics are in our company DNA. Based in Cambridge, the heart of cycling, we grew from Outspoken Delivery which gave us a crucial early insight into the industry. With a total of 15 years experience with Cargo Bikes and with many ex-couriers in our team, we have real-world expertise you can rely on.

Now based next door to national cycle-logistics sister company Zedify we work closely on the latest developments and trends in the industry, ensuring we’re ahead of the game on advice we give our customers. This extends to seeing bikes and products in real world usage over thousands of miles a year. We know which batteries last, which frames truly handle stresses of daily delivery and which suppliers respond quickly to issues.

With our experience and our specialist cargo bike servicing, we sell the bikes we trust, with quick support and parts direct from manufacturers and distributors, so we can keep your fleet running.

With our retail and servicing, combined with maintenance & cycle training, we offer a full bespoke solution tailored to your needs and budget, and can deliver across the UK.

Servicing
We offer fleet servicing packages and continued after sales support across all bikes we sell. Our mechanics are specially trained including in common ebike systems such as Bosch. Packages can include routine servicing such as monthly, quarterly or annually, combined with adhoc support as needed.

Maintenance and Cycle Training
Alongside our servicing packages we offer in-house accredited cycle maintenance training, and Cargo bike-specific Bikeability training through our sister company Outspoken Training, allowing us to offer you a full package solution for your last mile logistics needs, whether big or small.

Cycle maintenance training has been at the core of our business since day one and with a regular programme of courses and dedicated training workshop we specialise in delivering fixed and bespoke training for clients, both on and off site.

For example, a popular solution is training fleet riders in basic day-to-day maintenance on their specific bikes, so they can conduct routine maintenance and assess bigger repairs. This can then be combined with a servicing and repair package from our specialist mechanics for diarised and larger adhoc servicing.

Test Rides
With each cargo bike offering a range of advantages we are big advocates of test rides and seeing the bikes in person whenever possible.

We are based at The Bike Depot on the north side of Cambridge, with ample parking and easy access either via the A14 or Cambridge North Station (both 5 minutes away). We have a wide range of bikes to choose from and offer dedicated test ride appointments where you can spend a couple of hours trialling different bikes and trailers.

We work with you to try different solutions and have even been known to mock up storage sites so a client can test access and storage dimensions. Our site includes an enclosed test area accompanied by a quiet network of roads for longer riding.

National Delivery
Once you’ve placed your order and our mechanics have built and tested your bike our team can then arrange national delivery, usually in one of our vans. We can deliver across the UK, with an introduction and training on the bike at point of delivery.

Our friendly team are always on the end of a phone or email if you have any questions or need any support. We know first-hand how critical swift resolutions are to keep fleets moving.
