VW plans seven new plug-in vehicles for the Chinese market

Volkswagen has announced its plans to launch seven new electric and plug-in hybrid models by 2020 at the Beijing Motor Show.
Each of these vehicles will also be made in China, and a new design and development centre in China is also planned.
The Beijing Motorshow saw the world launch of the T-Prime Concept GTE – a premium class SUV with plug-in hybrid technology and all-wheel drive, as well as zero emissions on any terrain.
Other models set to be launched is the all-new Magotan, the new PHIDEON luxury saloon, and the zero-emission MPV BUDD-e.
