Chargemaster cleared for Elektromotive acquisition

The UK Competition and Markets Authority has given clearance for Chargemaster to acquire Elektromotive and Charge Your Car Ltd.

Elektromotive was one of the first infrastructure suppliers in the country, and was founded by GreenFleet Award winner Calvey Taylor-Haw.

The acquisition will see Chargemaster invest additional resources into Elektromotive and subsidiary Charge Your Car, increasing its network of public chargers and enhancing maintenance and customer services,

Chargemaster’s public charging network, POLAR, is the largest of its kind across the UK, giving POLAR plus members access to all charging points with just one membership card.
