Alphabet's AlphaElectric takes order for 738 EVs in first year

Business mobility specialist Alphabet has exceeded its 2014 target for electric vehicle orders by 24 per cent.

Since the launch of its EV consultancy service in November 2013, Alphabet has seen a dramatic increase in interest from organisations looking to incorporate EVs within their fleets. Following the launch of its ‘AlphaElectric’ service in 2013, the company has taken 738 EV orders, 143 more than its yearly target of 595.

Currently over 240 of Alphabet’s customers have at least one electric vehicle within their fleet, with key customers including West Middlesex University Hospital and Gnewt Cargo.
