Porsche has announced plans to unveil the plug-in hybrid version of its Panamera at this year’s Paris Motor Show.

The Panamera 4 E-Hybrid will reportedly generate 340 kW (462 hp) of system power while delivering fuel consumption figures of 2.5l/100km and CO2 emissions of 56g/km.

The power of the 100kW electric motor is made available as soon as the driver touches the accelerator and the electric motor and petrol engine are designed to interact in perfect harmony from the very outset, with the electric motor available to deliver additional power at all times.

The Panamera 4 E-Hybrid is available to order now, with prices starting at £79,715.
