The Delivery Group begins switch to electric vehicles

Logistics firm The Delivery Group has announced it is switching its Central London fleet to electric vehicles, with a view to roll out additional electric vehicles across other sites later this year.

The Delivery Group is making a six figure investment into low emission vehicles in line with the introduction of the Mayor of London’s new Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) initiative. The Delivery Group makes thousands of daily deliveries and collections for London-based clients and also has sites in Kent, Luton and Warrington.

The Delivery Group recently re-branded and announced the opening of a new £2m mail and parcel processing warehouse in Aylesford, Kent.
