Clean air event to showcase latest EV technology

The Clean Air Show is set to take place in Wales and will be displaying electric and low carbon vehicles from manufacturers.

It will be hosted by Swansea Council and is completely free.

Companies such as Tesla, Mitsubishi and BMW will be showcasing automotive technology and the event will also feature the Hydrogen powered Riversimple Rasa and Toyota Mirai.

Exhibitors will allow interested parties to pre-book a test drive at a later date for the cars on show, offering the opportunity to truly appreciate and understand their capabilities.

The Environment Centre will be also be offering information on how to build a greener city

Officers from Swansea Council's air pollution team will also be on hand with information and advice; as well as trade stands from Swansea University, Low Carbon Swansea Bay, Gower Power and other local organisations with sustainability at the heart of their core principles.

The Clean Air Roadshow will take place from 10am until 4pm on 22 April at Castle Square, Swansea.
