What we do
Our extensive knowledge allows us to manage fleets big and small at every stage of their lifecycle, from procurement to disposal. Our innovative approach and flexible practices enable us to tailor fleet solutions to meet the needs of almost any business, whether you use cars, LCVs, HGVs, specialist plant equipment, EVs, or a blend of all vehicle types. Our services range from funding, acquisition design and build to compliance, accident management, and service maintenance and repairs (SMR). We also have an extensive network of garages across the UK to ensure we’re on hand to help, no matter where you are.

Rivus owned Garages
Rivus owns and operates 78 garages across the UK. We have IMI L3 trained technicans in all of our garages and have in-depth understanding of manufacturer and OEM service standards – so everything is maintained as it should be.

HGV Expertise
Within our network we also have 21 HGV specialist workshops and over 70 mobile service vehicles specialising in repair and maintenance for HGV’s, with 12-month service plans or pay-as-you-go flexibility depending on your needs.

Rivus Mobile
We have a team of 50 mobile technicians who provide a range of services that are so broad, it’s as close as you’ll get to having a full garage service on your doorstep. Our mobile technicians are based across the UK and provide onsite maintenance for your vehicles and trailers. Onsite clinics can also be provided at your major locations, which means less downtime for your people and your fleet.
 
Rivus Approved Partner Network
To further supplement our SMR capability, we have over 500 Approved Partner garages on our network.
    
Quality and service standards are achieved by the careful selection of suppliers based on their ability to work to our own high standards of quality, health and safety and compliance, supported by comprehensive ongoing management.

Specialist Support
In addition to our Approved Partner garages, we work with a number of specialist third parties to deliver elements of our fleet management solution where the requirements are more complex, such as plant or ancillary assets.
